I restrict myself to Marco Island and ther East Naples area, particularly the Naples golf course communities, for which I am very familiar.  My specialty is Beachfront condominiums on our fabulous 4 mile white sand crescent beach.  In addition, I am very knowledgeable of both waterfront and inland homes and homesites on Marco Island and the golf course communities in Naples.

Currently living in a high rise condo on the beach, I am well aware of the advantages and disadvantages of condominium living and I will share my experiences with my customers.  Having played most of the community golf courses in the Naples area and having knowledge of the housing products offered by each, I can help, at no cost to the buyer, in determining which community would best meet their needs.
